About Marion Dakin
Marion set up her own training & development company in 2003.
Marion is a registered social worker. She has a post graduate qualification in training & development and is a certified Master Practitioner of the art and science of Neuro Linguistic Programming.
In addition she is a coach practitioner registered with ABNLP. She is accredited as a facilitator of emotions and behaviours at work.The combination of both coaching and psychometric testing gives an excellent approach to support people in their work.
She has undertaken an extensive train the trainer course and completed certificated training in non verbal intelligence.
Marion's career includes experience as a social worker, an approved social worker, a Team Manager, Provider Manager in learning disabilities and several years in staff development & training within a social care setting.
